Linda Deabay com`nented on the mess in the area in front of the library and wanted the City to enforce rules for public buildings so everyone could utilize the services. Scott Pardy spoke regarding the budget and the need to prioritize and provide property tax relief. A representative of Solar on Earth,Leo Vicorello, wanted to provide the City with a chance to look at investing in solar credits. Richard Ward condemned support of Pride Month.
