PUBLIC COMMENT Joe Bowman felt the City needed to demand other communities assist with solutions
for homelessness,jail overcrowding, etc.
Fred Johnson loved the City's park systems and wanted the Council to take special
care regarding what these resources mean to everyone in the Ciry.
Hilari Simmons spoke against establishing a sanctioned encampment.
Jason Drake felt that if the City shut down the drug houses it would help with
homelessness.
Nineteen individuals spoke against sweeping the encampment near the railroad
tracks and felt it would do more harm.
