PUBLIC COMMENT Scott Pardy felt the public comment adjustment has lirrcited general public
participation, inadequate staffing at places like Teresa's House is making staff and
residents vulnerable to safety concerns. Also concerned about the surging number
of discarded needles around Bangor.
Michael Norton recited a speech from Peter Sellars, raising concern around
prostitution.
James Gallagher spoke about an altercation outside his business, Salty Brick
Market. It escalated quickly when the person was asked to leave. James had to
defend lzimself and then reached out to authorities. Wants to work with the City to
solve this problem together, addressing safety downtown.
