Ellen Tarascchi asked the City Council to reconsider the decision to sweep Camp Hope. Justin Cartier wanted to see board members with conflicts of interests to recuse thernselves from discussions and votes. Suzette Furrow spoke against the encampment. Hilari Simmons wanted consistency in the ti�ne individuals were al[owed to speak. CONSENT AGENDA ASSIGNED TO ITEMNO. COUNCILOR 24-318 ORDINANCE Amending Chapter 165,Land Development Code,District FOURNIER Map to Re-zone a Properry Located at l2 Wiley Street from Urban Residence 1 District(URD-I)to Multifamily& Service District(M&SD) Philip Henry spoke on behalf of the property owner stating that she is a new owner and the property has been a 4-unit property since the 1970's. Justin Cartier encouraged the passage of this item.
