Joe Quirk,Bangnr Eust Little League stuted the vrganization is raising mvney to put Cights up in the fielc� Hilari Simmans was puzzled as to why no ARPA funds were given ta outside entities for salaries but three city positions were funded with the money. She asked if there rvere minutes for workshops and could the public speak Miehael Beck urged for more work to be d'one with the opioid settlement money and encouraged the City to reach out and get mvre ideas on how to use the money.
