Suzetle Furrvw was glad that the location of public bathrooms was being reconsidered and felt a city-wide notice should be sent aut for better communication with citizens. Michael Furrow was opposed ta bathraoms in public parks and thaught lacatians such as the police or fire departments, city hall, homeless shelters or the hospital should be considerer� Justin�'artier requested Councilors to sign a citizens'property rights pledge form. Xe asked why a public bathroom would be placed in a park that has a curfew of IO pm. He felt the bathroams should be cannected to water and sewer.
