Cara Oleksyk, 195 Forest Avenue, wondered if there would be education around Streetplus for the businesses and residents to reduce fear and steer away from more divisiveness. She wanted to make sure everyone was treated the same. Mike Tuller,253 Maple Street, commended the City for its work bringing people together to address homelessness.
