John King stated something needs to be done to get tlze homeless population off the street. He felt ARPA funding could be used to assist the police to get more help and be more proactive. Mike Tuller would like to see the City come toget/ier with ot/zer groups to help with assisting tlze horrzeless. CONSENT AGENDA ASSIGNED TO ITEMNO.
