Chaired by Council Chair Fournier Councilors Absent:Pelletier, Schaefer Meeting adjourned at 8:12 PM PUBLIC COMMENT Pamela Proulx-Curry of the Maine Multicultural Center presented a request for ARPA funding. Angela Okafor and Vicki Rusbult also spoke in favor of supporting this request. Charles Bloom, 468 i�alley Avenue, asked for an update on what was being done about the encampment on Valley Avenue. He also suggested more police patrol in the parking lot at night or perhaps gating the area. He was concerned for the safety of the people living in that area. CONSENT AGENDA ASSIGNED TO ITEMNO.
