Okafor Meeting Adjourned at 8:31 PM RECOGNITION Recognized the Bangor Little League for Their Accomplishments During the 2022 Little League Tournament PROCLAMATION Proclaimed September as Substance Use Recovery Month PUBLIC COMMENT Robert Belliveau stated he would like to see a freeze on expanding the number of cannabis dispensaries and focus on its effects on users. He was in favor of building communities for the homeless,solar expansion-municipally owned and worker cooperatives. He spoke against any jail expansion. Mike Tuller stated Penquis would not be taking any applications for the Relief Fund after October so something else needed to done. He would like to see temporary shelters erected for the homeless.
