Ballon, Chairman Zoning Review Committee 6 State Street Bangor, Maine 04401 At the meeting the other night you requested a revision of Chapter x, Article 5, Section 1.6 relating to heating equipment. The pre[ordinanceoutlines the standard of 'under ordinary minimum inter conditions" for compliance with our Housing Code. Before you is a proposed revision (64-Y) calling for the elimination of this clan How at the meeting the other night you suggested that the standard bekeptwith a further definition as to what c nstitute$ ordinary minimum winter conditions. In compliance with your request I suggest the following amendment to 64-Y. It is my feeling that under ordinary minimum winter conditions be deleted and replaced with "with an outside temperature of -20 degrees Fahrenheit." If you have any further questions, please call me or speak to an at the executive session. Very truly yours, Yv ate. Robert R. Miller Staff Attorney Artiste
