OEDEEED, TEAT the Bangor City council, m cipal officers of the City of Bangor, do hereby authorize and direct the City Solicitor to take all appropriate action, including, but not limited to, the commencement of all appropriate civil actions in the rare of the City of Sector, against all parties liable for personal property taxes assessed far the year 1975 plus all applicable interest, a may remainunpaid o or after February 2, 19765 a list of said unpaid taxes as of the date of this Order being on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part hereof. Statement of Fact: personal property taxes assessed sed for the year 1975 were.cozmrttted to the Tax Collector on July18, 1975 and billed to the parties Liable therefor an or about July 20, 1975. All such taxes. were due and payable on August L5, 1975, with interest accruing at an annual rate of 12% from September 1, 1975 on all taxes remaining unpaid after September 24, 1975. in addition to the Lnit Lal bill, all parties liable therefor have received at least three dunning notices from the Tax Collector and a Letter from the City Solicitor.
