A twenty foot wide dedicated right-of-way extending east from the easterly right-of-way line of Palm Street for a distance of 200 feet to the westerly right -o£ -way line of Parkview Avenue, the centerline of which is 95 feet Vrth from, and parallel to, the northerly right-of-way line of Coombs Street. Said right-of- way was originally laid out and dedicated as shown on a Plan of the City Common prepared by Charles G. Bryant and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Elan Book 5, Page 12. Since Fulton Lane is a dedicated right-of-way which has never been constructed, and which has no use as a public way, it is recommended that the way be discontinued and vacated by the City, and since the way was originally part of an approved Subdivision Pies, with the adjacent lots having been sold with reference to the Plan, it is recommended that any interest of the City shall be conveyed to the abutting property owners to the center of said way in accordance with Title 23, M.R.S.A., Sec. 3026, with no public easement to be retained, said abutting property owners being as follows: Name and Address Title Source Frontage North Side: Theodora A. Since a street was never constructed and the property has not been utilized as a public access, no damages are recommendedas a result of said discontinuance, and no benefits are considered to be assessed against the adjacent property owners. _2_ It is recommended that said Fulton Lane be discontinued and vacated, and that it be removed from the Official City Map, with no retention of a public easement. _ Respectfully submitted, City Engineer
