Bangor, wish to go on record as being opposed to commercial development on our street. We have a quiet (except for dump traffic) residential and agricultural neighborhood, and would like to see it kept this way. A motel, resturant and lounge would not be compatible with present use, and would constitute spot zoning in an agricultural zone. The right of way is only 49 1/2 feet, which precludes on the street parking, which could certainly happen with a lounge. As the comprehensive plan for this area of Bangor has not been drawn up,. and as the Stillwater Ave. -Hogan Rd. area is in such a state of flux, we should hold the line on commercial encroachment. gats x � & ez�c .
