THAT the zoning boundary linea as eatabllshed by the Zoning Nap of the City of
Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amenied, be hereby further amended as fellows:
By changing parcels of land located on Garland Street (Tar Nap No. 47, Percale
157, 194, 195, and 230) fmm Residential 4 Zone to Commercial 1 Zone. Said
parcels containing approximately 20,938 s9: ft, aM mare particulary indicated
on the mop attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Action for a zoning change will be initiated with the Bangor City Council and
referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 30 days prior K such public
hearing), for all charges to the zoning ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re-
commendation of the Planning Board is than returned to the Bogor City Council for
final action.
Requested zone charge is to correct a conflict in the Official Zoning McPs
