APPLICATIM FOR UTILITY LOCATION PERMIT
TO: MUNICIPAL
BANGog HYDRO -ELECTRIC COMPANY, a Maine corporation being duly authorized pursuant to
the State of Maine to generate, sell, distribute and supply electricity in City of
banger , county of Penobscot , State aforesaid, hereby applies for a
Remit to authorize it to locate, construct and maintain Certain of its facilities herein-
after described upon, along, over and across certain public ways situate in-theswnicipality
hereinbefore referred to,

in accordance with the terms and conditions of Title 35, Section 2482, MRSA as amended.
LOCATION: Efgim,ing at a utility pole cambered 3 new located on rho northerly aide
of Brentwood Avenue{ thence Retreading southwesterly, ons (1) pale to be
located no the southwesterly side of &a T1arn-A-Rouvd.
DESCRIPTION:
The facilities will consist of a line composed of wood poles and supports therefor,
and/or cables together with associated appurtenances. the minimum
clearance wires
of the wires and/or cables, other than guy wires, will be at least eighteen feet
over the public way. Me poles will be set within the limits of the Public way, but outside
the part thereof customarilyweed for travel by vehicles. The initial operation of the
facilities will be at 7200/1PA70 volts, three phase{ the voltage will be
increased as occasion therefor requires for operation not in excess of 20KV to ground.

UTILITY LOCATION PERMIT
Upon the application of BANGOR HYMLO-ELECTRIC COMPANY dated May 9 , 19 79,
requesting permission to locate certain of its facilities hereinafter described upon, along,
ever and across
certain public ways City of Bangor , County of Penobscot
State of Mainall as set forth in its application, no newspaper publication having been
made by applicant in connection with said application. Permission 1s hereby given to said
Bangor Hydra -Electric Company to locate, construct and maintain certain of its facilities
hereinafter described upon, along, over and a tain public ways situate in said
municipality as hereinafter sec forth. This permit is granted subject to the provisions
that ay person, fire or corporation owning property within the subject municipality which
abuts the applicable way may file objections with the Municipal Officers - City of Bangor
Maine, within ninety (90) days after the installation of the facilities described in said
application, said written objection to state the cause of objection and to be served upon
said Bangor Hydro-Electrtc Company, in had or by registered or certified mail.
LOCATION: Beginning at a utility pole numbered 3 now located on the northerly side
of Brentwood Rasmus; thence proceeding Southeasterly, one (1) pole to be
located on the southwesterly Side of the 1Vm-A-Rannd.
DESCRIPTION:
The facilities shall consist of a line composed of wood poles and supports therefor,
, wires and/or cables, together with associated appurtenances. The minimum
clearance as
