Public comment through Zoom requires a person to state their name and address, any inappropriate or offensive remarks may be removed, and the Council Chair will have discretion over the time allowed for comment. The public may be recognized to speak by the hand wave function or, on a phone, by pressing *9. RECOGNITION Recognized Maine Science Festival RECOGNITION Presented the Key to the City to Dr. Sarah Parcak,Space Archeologist PUBLIC COMMENT Shannon Denbow was concerned with the discarded needle problem in the city and felt the needle exchange needed to be held accountable. Sam Bullard,Blue Hellwig and Sylvia Jackson spoke in support of public bathrooms. Sonia Mallar,Essex Street,stated there was a problem with vehicles being parked on sidewalks leaving no room for pedestrians. She asked if they could be ticketed CONSENT AGENDA ASSIGNED TO ITEMNO.
