RECOGNITION: Recognized Merle Moore of the Bangor Water District on the Occasion of His
Retirement
PUBLIC COMMENT Michael Norton expressed his concern regarding the police officers riding
around and not on foot patrol and thought they were preventing him from
doing his business.
Josh Gass thanked the Council for its support of the arts through an
increase in the Cultural Commission budget.He also asked if there had been
any discussions regarding multiple voting sites for the fall.
