the existing sewer on Hogan Road along the new roadway for a
total distance of 1,071 feet, and would include the installation
of 4 man]aoles.

All of the above property owners have agreed to the estimated
assessments and are in favor of the roadway construction. It has
previously been recommended that the roadway be constructed with
the exception of paving, loaming and seeding, to be completed
next year. It has further been recommended by the Finance
Committee that the property owners be required to pay their
estimated share of both the road and sewer assessments prior
to the award of a construction contract.
It is recommended that the roadway and the sewer be con
structed, subject to the above mentioned conditions.
Plana showing the proposed construction are on file in the
Office of the City Engineer.
