AOCk. Jr. greawr of NElk Haim, Memo To: John Lord,Planner Subp¢: Birch Hill Estates Jahn, this is to advise you that I have reviewed the revised lot plans for Birch Hill Estates Mobilehome Park submitted to the Health Department by Sandy Smith on April 28th. As stated in my communication to you dated August 30, 1982, I continue to have no problem with this proposed development sept that we will continue to emphasize the importance of properly installed and maintained sewer and water risers. I realize that maintenance factors are not considerations of the Planning Hoard, but I feel strongly that Mr. Grant needs to know the degree of responsibility that the City will ex- pect of him in being sure that the Park, if and when ap- proved, is maintained properly, in this case, with regard to sewage disposal and potable water supply protection.- .. As meati aned grevioualy, I feel that we should have the Engineer's assuranoe that the drainage ditches and storm sewer pipes in the Judson Heights Subdivision located to the south - "at have sufficient capacity to accept the anticipated flows from the proposed development, ones completed. There is a considerable area to be drained, and it is important that the property below this development be protected from possible flooding in the future, preferably an the basis of a 25 -year storm frequency.
