COUNCILOR 19-111 ORDINANCE Amending Chapter 165,Land Development Code,to Allow DA VITT Tenting and Camping Areas, Golf Courses,and Driving Ranges to be Located on Major Arterial Streets Action: Motion made and seconded for Passage David Lamon felt this was a huge change if it was changing the use of the property. Lucy Quimby spoke in opposition of the change. Cindy DeBeck, landowner,stated the intent was to put in an RV park, no tents or motorized recreational vehicles. Carrie DeBeck felt the RV park would be a good blend with the environment and would have less impact than retail stores. Hope Brogunier wanted to preserve the marsh area.
