Meeting Called to Order at 7:30 PM
Chaired by Council Chair Nichols
Councilors Absent:None
Meeting Adjourned at 8:00 PM
Lisa Goodwin, City Clerk,administered the oath of office to the
new Sub-Committee Members
PUBLIC COMMENT Joseph Perry commented that Mike Tipping recently posted
about Joseph's father stating that he was against minimum wage
increase.Mr. Perry stated that was false and that his father did
vote for the local ordinance on minimum wage but did not
support specific state legislation.He asked the Council Chair
why she thanked Mr. Tipping. Council Chair Nichols said she
could not speak to Mike's comments but that she thanked him for
his endorsement of her as a candidate.
Thomas White introduced himself to the City Council and that he
was running for the nomination for representative of House
District 124.
Lovern Stockwell thanked the city for her appointment to the
Tree Board and she looked forward to a new challenge.
