from the Southern Penobscot Vocational School for purposes of
constructing a fire station. The coat of such land shall not

Timothy Schepps moved and James Griffiths seconded that the
Cooperative Board of Region 4 sell one acre
of land at a price of $48.750
to the City of Bangor for the sole purpose of building a fire station
and that this sale be contingent on a thirty day grace period.
