Edward Bearer, Esq., representing the applicants, spoke in favor of the proposed zone change. No one spoke in opposition. After review of the area.and_the City's zoning policy for this portion of Stillwater Avenue, the Planning Board voted five in favor and none opposed to recommend approval of 89-227 (As Amended) to, the City Council.
