The Planning Board held a public hearing on the above zone change
request at its regularly scheduled meeting on June 5, 1989.
Edward Bearer, Esq., representing the applicants, spoke in favor
of the proposed zone change.
No one spoke in opposition.
After review of the area.and_the City's zoning policy for
this portion of Stillwater Avenue, the Planning Board voted
five in favor and none opposed to recommend approval of 89-227
(As Amended) to, the City Council.
NOTE: 89-227(As Amended) was amended to reflect changes in
the acreage as a result of a survey conducted on the
parcel.

THAT the zoning boundary, lines as established by the Zoning Map of
the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, asamended, be hereby
further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located at 710 .Stillwater Avenue
(Tax Map No. R-61, Parcel No. 2) from Agricultural Zone to Commercial
2 Zone. Said parcel of land containing approximately 2.6 acres and
being more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
