Roaming And seeding. Me purpose of the proposed sewer 1s to separate a much sanitary flow as passible from the existing combined Meadowbroak Sewer system, so as to divert as m om much of the storwater as possible frthe interceptor sewer and treatment system. There met at the time and place of the meeting Mrs. Barbara B. Fames, the owner of the property at 56-58 Stillwater Avenue. She objected to the proposed location of the sewer across her property, since she felt that it would prevent any future expansion of the existing building. After examining the location proposed, it was determined that an alteration in the alignment could be made to keep the sewer further to the rear of her property, and the modified location Is described above. Mrs. Karnes had no abjection to the proposed modified location or the damages recommended. Since the sewer easements a needed Immediately to permit the completion of the sewer installation prior to December 31. 1989, a required by the Maine Department of Environmental Protection Consent Decree, it is recommended that the easements be laid out and established as noted above, and that the recommended damages be paid. The purpose of the proposed sewer s separate a much sanitary flow as possible from the existing combined MeadovbrookSew system, so art o dive as much of the storm water as possible from the interceptor sewer and treatment system. There net at the time and place of the meeting Mrs. Barbara R. Karnes, the owner of the property at 56-58 Stillwater Avenue. She objected to the proposed location of the sewer across her property, since she felt that 1t would prevent any future expansion of the existing building. After examining the location proposed, it was determined that a alteration in the alignment could be made to keep the sewer further to the rear of her property, and the .modified location s described above. Mrs. Karnes had no abjection to the proposed .modified location or the damages recommended. Since the sewer easements s deeded immediately to permit the completion of the sewer installation prior to December 31, 1989, required by the Maine Department of Environmental Protection Consent Deares, 1t is recommended that the easements be laid out and established as noted above, and that the recommended damages be paid.
