PUBLIC COMMENT Council Chair Sprague recognized Joe Imbriaco for his service at the Cross
Insurance Center and wished him well on his next endeavor.
Keith Staples and Allen Robertson spoke regarding the need for more homeless
shelter space in Bangor.
