ORDERED,
THAT John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may
have to real estate located on Kenduskeag Avenue in said Bangor by
virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds in volume 1631, Page 323. Said deed shall be
directed to Albert M. Rand and Evelyn H. Rand, successors in title
to Charles Haley, Sr.

The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of
Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to ALBERT M.
RAND and EVELYN H. RAND, successors in title to Charles Relay,

of Bangor, County of Penobscot and State of Maine, ig

and interest in and to a certain parcel of land more particularly
described as follows:
Buildings and land located on the west side of
Eenduskeag Avenue, in rear, and described in a deed
recorded in Volume 1695, Page 272, .Penobscot Registry
of Deeds.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor
(by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid
taxes assessed for the year 1961 by virtue of an
undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds in Volume 1837, Page 323.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may
have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed
for the tax year 1961.
The said CITY OFBANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed
with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by JOHN G.
FIELD, Deputy Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this _ day
of September, 1990.
