RESOLVED, THAT Council Resolve No. 90-218, adopted by the Bangor
City Council on June 21, 1990, is hereby repealed and replaced with
the following:
RESOLVED, THAT the sum of Forty-one million, eight hundred
sixty-one thousand, one hundred and sixty-five dollars
($41,861,165) is hereby appropriated in thegeneral fund for the
Municipal Year 1991 in accordance with the schedule of
appropriations attached hereto; and be it further
RESOLVED, THAT in addition to such other revenues as
are
estimated
to be available to meet the above appropriations, the sum of

Twenty-two million, three hundred seventy-four thousand
fifty-eight dollars (522,374,058) be raised by assessment ment upon the
estates of the inhabitants of the City of Bangor and upon the
estates of non-residents proprietors within said City for the
present Municipal Year; and be it further
RESOLVED, THAT the list of tax assessments upon the estates in
Bangor for all City Taxes, the Bangor Recreation Center, together
with all assessments and charges made under the provisions of the.
Maine Revised Statutes annotated, Title 30A, Section 3406 and 3441
to 3445 inclusive, and the Citys due proportion of any State and
County Tax, if any, for the period of July 1, 1990 through June 30,
1991 shall be committed by the Municipal Officers to the Finance
Director on or before the first day of July, A.D., 1990 and
se -h=" of said taxes shall be due and payable on the first day of
Augu: A.D.,. 1990 with the remaining one-half of said taxes due
and Able on the first day of February, A.D., 1991; and be it
further
RESOLVED, THAT interest at the maximum State approved rate of 12%
per annum for 1990 shall be collected on the first-half of said
taxes from August 1, 1990, if not voluntarily paid to the Finance
