Maine Revised Statutes annotated, Title 30A, Section 3406 and 3441 to 3445 inclusive, and the Citys due proportion of any State and County Tax, if any, for the period of July 1, 1990 through June 30, 1991 shall be committed by the Municipal Officers to the Finance Director on or before the first day of July, A.D., 1990 and se -h=" of said taxes shall be due and payable on the first day of Augu: A.D.,. 1990 with the remaining one-half of said taxes due and Able on the first day of February, A.D., 1991; and be it further RESOLVED, THAT interest at the maximum State approved rate of 12% per annum for 1990 shall be collected on the first-half of said taxes from August 1, 1990, if not voluntarily paid to the Finance Dixector on or before September 1, A.D., 1990; and be it further CITY OF BANGOR (TITLE.) aliE �P Approoriation ............... .... _._.__............_..._...._..
