The language in this s n the planned development r procedure re - s to c sidentiai" and complexes which would be permitted i r flexible arrangement includingthe sale of small parcels of land under buildings, etc. We are uncertain ertainas to why this language is written this way, but it may have been simply the oeneric mo5 the. words residen- tial and commercial to indicate any type of planned development under City's Ordinance. At any rate it i possible to interpret thercia1" languaoe .to exclude. several other zoning districtsinthe Ordinance. 'Therefore, we recommended ended that the word "commercial" be struck and the term" residential" be inserted to make it clear that developments in industrialazones, zcivic and institutional zones, etc. would be permitted under this provision. b. We would recommend that this housekeeping amendment, also, be recommended to the City Council.
