Commentary:
This is a request for abatement of taxes on property owned by
Stillwater Park Realty Trust LSPRT1iin Penn Plaza off Stillwater
Avenue. Taxes due on this property for 1990 and 1991 were
incorrectly assessed to Stillwater Professional Office Complex
Associates (SPOCA). The taxes will be supplementally assed
against the current owner. There is a tax lien on eachof
properties which will be discharged.
