COUNCILOR Called to Order at 7:30 p.m. ' I Chaired by Council Chair Stone Councilors Present: All Adjourned at9:45 p.m. I PUBLIC COMMENT:Mr. Wayne Mallar of Essex Street expressed his Concern regarding an incident he witnessed in his neighborhood where a police officer drew his gun on a young man. Mr.Ken Ziegfried stated his concern over the Code Enforcement Department's recent decision to placard the building where he rents an apartment. He indicated that he felt that the landlord Had bypassed proper eviction process.
