Resident Kenneth Johnson complained of noise from past
concerts and suggested the council require a maximum noise
level and measure the sound with a decibel meter which could
be located at the sound board.
Alex Gray, President of Waterfront Concerts explained that
improvements to deaden the sound can be made.
