Commentary:
The purpose of this Order is to release any interest the City may
have in -the real estate described in the Order and Deed by virtue
of an undischarged municipal tax lien on record in the Penobscot
Registry at Deena for the year 1990. .The 1990 lien was recently
paid off by Ronald a Cynthia Partridge, successors in title to the
.Heirs of Ethel L. .Conway. An arrangement is pending to take care
of the balance on the 1991 and 1992 real estate taxes.

OEDEEED,
THAT Sohn Quartararo, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file
an the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City
may have to real estate located at 2256 Essex Street in said
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the
Penobscot Registry of Deeds for the year 1990. Said Deed
shall be directed to Ronald 6 Cynthia Partridge, successors in
title to the Heirs of Ethel L. Conway.

NDNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County
of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to
RONALD S CYNTHIA PARTRIDGE, successors in title to the Beira of Ethel
L. Conway, both of Bangor, County of Penobscot and State of Maine,
all its right, title and interest in and to certain property located
in said Bangor and more particularly described as follows:
Real estate located at 2256 Essex Street (rear) in
said Bangor, and further described in a deed recorded
in volume 3010, Page 19, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor
(by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid
taxes assessed for the year 1990 by virtue of an
undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds in volume 4647,CPage 332.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may
have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes
assessed for the tax year 1990.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed
with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by JOSE
QUARTARARO, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this
day of May, 1992.
