Commentary:
The purpose of this Order is to release any interest the City
may have in the real estate described in the Order by. Virtue
of undischarged municipal tax liens on record in the Registry,
of Deeds for the years 1989 and 1990. The grantees are Sheldon
L. Rartstone and Valerie L. Nertetone, Trustees of Northeast
Equities Associates. The City has received a
check in the
amount of $90,562.63 as payment for the taxesin question.
There will be a second check issued for additional interest and
to e: administrative charge for processing the deed.

ORDRRRD,
THAT John Quartararo, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Burger, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file
in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City
-may have to real estate located at 830 Ohio Street in said
Bangor by virtue of undischarged tax liens recorded in the
Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 4443, Page 136 and volume
4648, Page 271. Said deed shall be directed to Sheldon L.
Hartstone and Valerie L. Barbarous, Trustees of Northeast
Equities Associates.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DUD
The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor,
County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid,
releases to SHELDON L. HARTSTONB and VALERIE L. BARTSTONE, Trustees
of Northeast Equities Associates, a trust created pursuant to a
Declaration of Trust dated December 12, 1973 and recorded in the
Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 2424, Page 225, both of
Bangor, Penobscot County, State of Maine, all its right, title and
interest in and to certain property located in said Bangor and more
.particularly described as follows:
Real estate located at 830 Ohio Street in said Bangor,
and further described in a deed recorded in Volume 3989,
Page 26, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Being the some premises acquired by said City of Bangor
(by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid
taxes assessed for the years 1989 and 1990 by virtue of
undischarged tax liens recorded in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds in Volume 4443, Page 136 and Volume 4648, Page
2'11.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City
may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes
assessed for the tax years 1989 and 1990.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
salad with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
JOHN QUARTARARO, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized,
this _ day of February, 1992.

I am enclosing a check for $40,562.63 made payable to the
City of Bangor for the taxesduefor 1989 and 1990 on the Grenada
VI apartment complex. I understand that there will be a small
additional charge for interest and preparation and recording of
quit claim deeds. The grantee of the deeds should be Sheldon L.
Hartstone and Valerie L. Hartstone, Trustees of Northeast
Equities Associates, a trust created pursuant to a Declaration of
Trust dated December 12, 1973 and recorded in the Penobscot
County registry of Deeds in Volume 2424, Page 225.
