COUNCILOR 1 Public Hearing: Application for Special Amusement License STONE Raena Everett, DBA Raena's Pub, 14 Larkin Street ACTION Motion Made and Seconded to Open the Public Hearing Public Hearing Opened Mike Giguere ofLeen's Garage,Main Street spoke to the Council about the problems he has had with the patrons from Raena's Pub. He has had damage to vehicles in his parking Lot. Chief Ron Gastia from the Bangor Police Department spoke on calls about vandalism. Over the pass year he has had only one incident that he can prove was from a patron at Raena's. He stated the complaints and concerns are valid. Dan Wellington, from Code Enforcement spoke to the Council about the deck that was built on the back of Raena's and that it does not meet Code and that he is working with Raena Everett to correct the problem. Raena Everett from Raena's Pub skoke and answered question from the Council Motion Made and Seconded to Close the Public Hearing Public Hearing Closed Motion Made and Seconded to approved the Special Amusement Permit to exclude the use of the deck and to have the Special Amusement Permit expire at the same time the Liquor License Expires on 6/16/2009.
