COUNCILOR Public Hearing: Application for Liquor License, Malt FARRINGTON Spirituous, Vinous, Bi Jiao Chen d/b/a Green Tea Restaurant, 11 Bangor Mall Blvd. ACTION Motion Made and Seconded to Open the Public Hearing Motion Made and Seconded to Postpone to the Next Council Meeting Postponed Public Hearing: Application for Special Amusement Permit STONE for Scott David Huntley, d/b/a Fuzion, 123 Franklin Street ACTION Motion Made and Seconded to Open the Public Hearing Public Hearing Opened Kim Huntley owner of Fuzion came forward and talked about the hardship of not being granted the Special Amusement Permit and how it would affect the business Dale Wilkes, Fran Clukey, Carolyn K.
