Kim Huntley owner of Fuzion came forward and talked
about the hardship of not being granted the Special
Amusement Permit and how it would affect the business
Dale Wilkes, Fran Clukey, Carolyn K. Zfer and
Eileen Hodges all from Franklin Place spoke on some
of the problem with noise and disturbances
Ron Gastia, Police Chief spoke on the complaints that the
Police Department has received
John Parcak owner of the Building at 123 Franklin Street
Spoke about Huntley's as being good tenants
Motion Made and Seconded to Close the Public Hearing

With the restriction that there be no entertainment between the hours
of 1:00 a.m. and 8:59 a.m.
