Recently,, the City received payment in full of the 1993 tax lien, together with the $70 administrative fee. in addition, the 1994 tax lien and the first half of the 1995 tax bill were paid. Counnflman 95-64 The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located in Bangor, 'Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration paid, releases to RAYMOND W. 6 MARGARET L. WELCH, both of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, the property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as follows: - Real estate located at 9 Eighteenth Street in said Bangor and described in Volume 1699, Page 170, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. This is further designated as account number RE 70988. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John Quartararo, Collector of Taxes) for unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1993 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 5345, Page 37. - The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have in the above described property by virtue of unpaid - taxes assessed for the tax year 1993. All public easements o other public interests in the described premises forroads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
