FRIENDS OF TOGETHER PLACE AND LOCATED AT 16 CENTER
STREET AVE. (PP TAX ACCOUNT NO. 58027). THIS ABATEMENT
IS GRANTED PURSUANT 36 MRSA SUBSECTION 841 (1)
BECAUSE THE ONE YEAR DEADLINE FOR THE ASSESSOR TO
CORRECT THE ERROR HAS EXPIRED.

Personal property taxes on the above mentioned account ion fiscal
years 1994 and 1995 ware assessed in error.
On July 25, 1991 under docket cv-90-372; Fleet Bank won Judgement
of foreclosure against Becian Inc.
In March, 1992 Fleet Bank sold the property to Friends of
Together Place Inc. (PRDV5032PS5).
Effective 4/1/92 Friends of Together Place Inc. qualified for
exempt status, therefore, any assessment made on the above account
after that date should be exempt as
I have initiated the abatement for fiscal 1995 taxesr but as you
are aware the time frame for the Assessing Department to correct
fiscal year 1994 taxes has expired.
