On July 25, 1991 under docket cv-90-372; Fleet Bank won Judgement of foreclosure against Becian Inc. In March, 1992 Fleet Bank sold the property to Friends of Together Place Inc. (PRDV5032PS5). Effective 4/1/92 Friends of Together Place Inc. qualified for exempt status, therefore, any assessment made on the above account after that date should be exempt as I have initiated the abatement for fiscal 1995 taxesr but as you are aware the time frame for the Assessing Department to correct fiscal year 1994 taxes has expired.
