Under no circumstances shall signs obstruct access to vehicle stops, benches, fire hydrants, or other street furnishings. Sidewalk signs are only Permitted in the Downtown Development District. 5.5.4 Sian Removal. All signs shall be removed nightly. 5.5.5 Permit Sticker.
