Chaired by Council Chair Greene Councilors Present: All Adjourned at 9:40 p.m. Proclamation: Recognizing the Bangor Students Who Participated in the GRATWICK Maine Recycles Week 2006 School Competition PUBLIC COMMENTS: Mr.Bill Sullivan of the Democratic City Committee Congratulated the Council and the City Clerk's stafffor the successful election process following the reduction in the number of polling places and the implementation of early voting at the Civic Center. Ms.Lovern Stockwell,Plaisted Street,encouraged citizens to recycle,and also stated that as a Warden,she experienced very few problems With the election. Ms.Robin Case of Liberty Tax Service introduced herself and invited Citizens to visit her new office.
