Meeting Convened at 4:00 p.m.
1. Update -NPDES Delegation
The Wed draft contains a response to all of Bangor's concems. The fee schedule was
revised so that the starting Point is the entreat fee. No one pays las. These are e#m
costs associated with the delegation and then they are prorated according to a formula.
Bangor will pay about $2,500 ammeRy iftoday's draft is adopted. Curready, Bangor pays
$1,100 annually. Staff keep the Committees updated.
2. Update - StormwmerB
IoM Murphy attended NEWER CSO/WI C mnaittee Meeting m Boston on January 27.
Most ofthe meeting was spent discarding SWB. Many ofthe Committeemembers had
notreviewedthematerial. Reviewcommentsareduetothe WBFon Febmary25. Staff
will have commands for the neat Sewer Committee on February 18.
