Update -NPDES Delegation The Wed draft contains a response to all of Bangor's concems. The fee schedule was revised so that the starting Point is the entreat fee. No one pays las. These are e#m costs associated with the delegation and then they are prorated according to a formula. Bangor will pay about $2,500 ammeRy iftoday's draft is adopted. Curready, Bangor pays $1,100 annually. Staff keep the Committees updated. 2. Update - StormwmerB IoM Murphy attended NEWER CSO/WI C mnaittee Meeting m Boston on January 27. Most ofthe meeting was spent discarding SWB. Many ofthe Committeemembers had notreviewedthematerial. Reviewcommentsareduetothe WBFon Febmary25.
