Lucy Quimby spoke in opposition to this ordinance. She felt
there was pressure to do something quickly and more time was
needed to look at the implications more carefully. She did not
feel it was good for continuum of care to transfer people from
one place to another.
Geoff Gratwick felt the moratorium should be extended until
more questions could be answered.
