COUNCILOR ICalled to Order at 7:30 p.m. Chaired by Council Chair Greene Councilors Present: All Adjourned at 9:00 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Mr.Paul Swenson, 89 Howard Street, stated that the traffic study recently completed was excellent,but felt that the discussion regarding traffic concerns on Howard Street would be on-going for quite some time. He suggested that the council reconsider and make the street one-way up to the hospital and see how that works out. He further indicated that the real decision probably won't be made until next summer. Ms. Sharon Gary, 189 Third Street expressed concern regarding her safety. Her conflict with neighbors stems from a dispute over a paper street. She asked the Council for assistance in this matter. This topic was referred to the Transportation&Infrastructure Committee. She indicated that she would Like to have this issue looked at again. Chris Popper, 131 Grant Street, thanked the Council and stated that He felt this was a good compromise.
