ITEM NO. COUNCILOR
ICalled to Order at 7:30 p.m.
Chaired by Council Chair Greene
Councilors Present: All
Adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: Mr.Paul Swenson, 89 Howard Street, stated that
the traffic study recently completed was excellent, but felt that the discussion
regarding traffic concerns on Howard Street would be on-going for quite some
time. He suggested that the council reconsider and make the street one-way
up to the hospital and see how that works out. He further indicated that the real
decision probably won't be made until next summer. Ms. Sharon Gary, 189 Third
Street expressed concern regarding her safety. Her conflict with neighbors stems
from a dispute over a paper street. She asked the Council for assistance in this
matter. This topic was referred to the Transportation&Infrastructure Committee.
