Chaired by Council Chair Cashwell Councilors Present:All IAdjourned at 8:10 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Mayor Willey, 27 Howard Street, stated that he was Opposed to the proposal concerning traffic on Howard,but felt that it deserves some study, I and requested that he be notified of future meetings on this topic.Ms.Margaret Bailey, 214 Norway Road invited Councilor to attend and participate in a discussion about the effect of"big box"stores to be held in Wellman Commons, located at the Bangor Theological Seminary, on Thursday, October 5. Ms. Chistina Diebold, 70 Palm Street, 1 II Announced that a Stop the War Rally would be held on Saturday,September 30`h at The Bangor Waterfront. Mr. David Gallant, 29 Pearl Street, stated that his right to Speak has been stonewalled by School Board Chair Martha Newman.
