PUBLIC COMMENTS Mr. Gary Bolduc,resident of Howard Street,expressed
concern regarding the heavy traffic on Howard Street. Jim Ring agreed that this
issue should be brought before the Transportation&Infrastructure Committee.

Code Enforcement Officer Daniel Wellington gave a
detailed history of the property in question.
I Mrs.Jan Budden, 60 Larkin Street, urged the Council
To support this item,as the building is unsafe a fire hazard
and is used by vagrants and various animals.
I A neighboring property owner, Wade Leighton,stated that he felt that the
property was beyond repair, and urged that there be asbestos abatement
prior to the property being torn down.
Resident Elaine Jones expressed concern over properties located at
I 75&83 Lincoln Street,and asked that the Code Enforcement Officer look,at them.
