COUNCILOR I Meeting Convened at 7:30 p.m. Chaired by Mayor Farrington Councilors Absent: Greene IAdjourned at::8:40 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Mr. Gerald Olson, 73%Court Street, expressed concern Regarding the quality of life for residents living in the area near Benjamin's After I Dark and Club Gemini. He indicated that the noise level from the live bands,plus The noise associated with the patrons entering and leaving these establishments was Unacceptable. Police Chief Don Winslow indicated that he would work with the I Owners of these establishments to attempt to alleviate the problem. Ms. Sandra Leonard, Member of the Cultural Commission, requested the Council's support offunding Requests for future cultural projects. Mayor Farrington asked that the City Manager Forward budget meeting information to her.
