An employee has appealed, through the grievance pkocedure, Rule 26,
Bangor Personnel Rules and Regulations„ a decision of the City
Manager. Rule 26 provides that the employee hasithe right to
appeal the City Manager's decision to a committee established by
the City Council for the purpose of hearing such an appeal.
Typically, the Council appoints the Municipal Operations Committee
to hear such appeals.
