PROCLAMATION: Recognizing the Julius Lowy Company for the STONE Restoration of the Portrait of Sarah Molasses as a Gift to the People of Bangor ACTION Approved PUBLIC COMMENTS: Heather McCarthy and Tom Violette presented the Council with a framed poster of the American Folk Festival. Bernard Miller of the Bangor Ban,requested Council support to waive the$1,000 fee for the use of the Bangor Auditorium for the Christmas Concert. This was referred to the Finance Committee. Hal Wheeler also asked for the Council's support of the Bangor Band. Victor Cassoy of 200 Hammond Street presented the Council with a proposed building concept for the Masonic parcel.
