Rules to Consider Passage of an Order(04-29)that would Direct the City Manager to Draft a Resolve
that would urge the Governor to Call a Special Session of the Legislature that would Create a
Commission that would Establish Gaming Regulations.Motion Made&Seconded to Suspend the Rules.

Draft a Resolve to be Considered at a Special Council Meeting on December 1, 2003, #04-30 RESOLVE,
Calling Upon the Governor of the State of Maine to Take Immediate Action to Establish Appropriate
