IPUBLIC COMMENTS: William Sullivan, Bangor Resident representing the Democratic City of
Bangor Committee, requested that the City Council provide space at the Bangor Civic Center for
the 2004 Democratic Caucus. Mike Gleason, Walter Street, requested that the City Council ban
Ice Cream Trucks in neighborhoods or limit the noise level that these trucks produce.
